I heard a clip on that earlier today. I guess it was all a plot to get a settlement from Wendy's.

I'm guessing that's what it was too. I just heard about it this morning. I don't watch the news on TV
Still don't know where she got that finger from though. Could be her accomplice maybe? I think she deserves all the prison time she's going to get. She really hurt the Wendy's name and that particular restaurant. Even though it wasn't true that the finger was found in her chili that she purchased, that finger in the chili will always be a dark cloud over Wendy's.
That woman's wacko!

I used to absolutely LOVE Wendy's. It wqas my favorite fast food restaurant of choice until the finger in the chili story come out. I haven't eaten there since and I doubt I will ever again just because "you never know".
I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. The story alone was gross enough for me to stop eating there forever.

you never can know about any place or any food unless you grow it yourself, living in fear isnt a way to live, besides the odds of it happening again are low.

I don't live in fear and never have in my life. It has nothing do do with fear; it has all to do with being grossed out. I couldn't sit at Wendy's eating one of their burgers or anything with meat in it without thinking about that human finger story. that alone would be enough to make me gag so why bother even trying to go back there. I won't miss not eating there at all. i hardly eat take out anymore anyhow.
