AT&T has screwed me over regarding telephone service. I'm betting, as this article insinuates, that I'm not the only one.

Also, it's just good to give people hope when big, monopolizing companies get their come-up-ins!

I don't know if it's the actual company who do these things or it's their retarded employees. Our cable company is like that. You could call them three times and get three different answers....IF they answer the phone at all. LOL!

I don't think there's anything we can do.

What happened was I got service and cancelled service on the same day. They have no record of me calling to cancell, of course.

So, I have to pay out a month's phone bill for their stupitidy.

What can I do if they have no record of my call?
