I'd rather have it made mandatory that landlords like that would be forced to live on the worst premisse for a year themselves.

I think I read somewhere that a court made a slum lord reside in his premises and he didnt seem to mind it at all......

That is until the Mrs. comes in and sees the absolutely deplorable state of the bathroom. And that the toilet seat has turned green, as a result of frugal spending on maintenance and upkeep...
