Sad news about a kidnapping

I don't know many details, but a emergency thing just went across the screen(like when there's bad weather coming) and some 6 week old girl got abducted in south eastern wisconsin.
I can't imagine how anybody could do that.

I wish there was a way to determine if people were a danger to others before something like this actually happened.

I hope they find this little baby and she's okay. The person who took her can't be all that stable so it makes you think whether or not the baby is being fed properly or not and that's so important for a child that small.

Most of these people who take little babies are women who snapped because they've either had a miscarriage or lost a child (death). Other's are selling them in the black market. How a person can even think about doing this is beyond me.

I feel soooo bad for the family of this little baby. I'd be frantic if it were me! The thought terrifies me. I hope they find this baby real soon.

Star is right. Generally a baby is taken due to a grieving mother or 'want to be' mother. The only good point is that they are usually found and are usually found having been well taken care of.

There was a case a few years ago where a black woman stole a white baby out of the hospital nursery. She was so messed up...she really began to believe the baby was hers. Only when she took it to church....did it finally get reported because people knew something was wrong. I do feel sorry for women like this.

Still though...the real parents go through hell and tougher laws need to be implemented to discourage it from happening. The whole 'Amber Alert' thing is a fabulous tool for finding these children.

If there is any consolation in it....a baby being abducted is a far better scenario than a young child.

Not always though, babies can be sold on the black market as well.
