Although still in the testing stage, this looks very promising.

DoH 7 years before it's available to the public??? Why not just refuse to release it, after 7 years who is it gonna benifit anyway? Most A.I.D.S patients will have died by then. I think it's an interesting idea to attack the membrane instead of the virus itself, thats kind of a new approach. However, and this is just cause i know the complications they are having with curing this virus, but i wonder if they can destroy the membrane of the virus without destroying the hosts membrane as well? Lets hope they finally have the breakthrough they need.
