A chewing gum which contains extracts from the Pueraria mirifica (Kwao Krua) plant, makes a woman's breasts grow as well as improving their shape and tone, says B2UP, the makers of its Bust-Up gum.

The company also claims the gum fights ageing, reduces stress and helps your circulation. They say the extracts keep your muscles in good order.

Pueraria mirifica is indigenous to Thailand and Burma and has been used for hundreds of years for its medicinal purposes. The plant contains phytoestrogens, a chemical which acts in a similar way to oestrogen.

Bust-Up gum has become extremely popular in Japan.

Why the striving for bodily perfection, ladies?

It does not magically change your life, and even if you had the "perfect" body, it is always related to a person who has that opinion of you in the first place. There is only one person who you need to have that opinion of your body (and the rest), and that would be your lover.
And that works in both directions too.

I wonder what the effects of the gum are on men though.

A 'no breast' syndrome can be hard on women, I know that. That is why in some cases breast enlargements were not considered cosmetic surgery, and have been paid for by insurances. To help these women, as they suffered a lot of insecurity because of that.

But more often than not, women take it to an extreme, often encouraged or pressurized by their boyfriends or peers. Certainly with regards to our bodies, bigger is not always better.

Men on a lot of steroids actually do grow breasts. It happened with athletes from the former East-Germany; I think the phytoestrogens are too weak to have the breast-growing effect.

But if they are not, I am picturing already:
"I am sorry ... I can't marry you."
"Why?"
"Antonio, you have bigger breasts than I have."

I don't have large breasts, I don't think I'd really like that. IT's just the temptation of having them "bigger" that gets the best of me, LOL.

I would never in my LIFE have breast implants or any type of plastic surgery!!!! Jeeeez, I wanna puke!!!!

I think these East German athletes you speak of were actually women to begin with.

That's one kind of woman I really feel no attraction toward is female body builders.

I guess I'm just a big fan of the Zucker Brothers, I'm pretty sure it was in one of those stupid movies like Top Secret, The Naked Gun, or something along those lines. I wish I could remember which one though.

that slide show was disgusting! I can't believe that woman allowed a non-doctor to do that to her! I wouldn't get plastic surgery either. not my thing.
