A man is accused of having sex with the carcass of a deer that he found lying beside the road â but his lawyer denies that he committed bestiality, on the grounds that a dead deer isn't an animal any more.

as for the topic and the story that started this topic, i thought this was a joke. wow! 8O all i can say to that is disgusting, gross, ewwwww, what a sick man he is. I'd say that's a HUGE red flag and something that needs to be explored where this guy's concerned.

Actually I remember a similar case a couple of years back. Involving a dead duck (hen) , who had flown against a tower... and a male duck, who frantically had sex with this dead hen.

Bizarre, but I wonder if such a thing could cross species ...
