I know, it hurts when your cornea is cut. It's not funny, BUT...

I laughed about this lawsuit, sue me. Comments came to mind, but I'll spare you.

I hope she doesn't win the case. It seems more frivolous than spilled hot coffee.

If she wins that case, then I am suing her, for hurting my brain with her sheer stupidity.

Now, seriously - she admits that she drove home while she more or less had impaired vision. Would that not be a bit risky, and unlawful, and more of that? And should a traffic cop at least not know that driving under such circumstances would be illegal? But then again, she is suing, so I am assuming that she is no Mrs. Einstein.

I have a brilliant idea, I'm going to cross the street at a crosswalk with flashing lights that no one stops for and get hit by a car. Then I will sue that person, and the city, for allowing me to get hit because the flashing lights were faulty.
