Default Hurricane Tracking - current

Here's a site I just found, it has a video showing traffic leaving Galveston, they say there's 40 miles of solid traffic.

Here's the website: http://www.hurricanetrack.com/

I would imagine, unlike New Orleans, anyone with any sense would evacuate if even slightly in harms way. As Stone knows.....the word is.....if in doubt - get the h*ll out.

Hurricanes are wierd.....they can twist and turn. SOmetimes it's a biggie....sometimes it's not. The point is...based on what they CAN DO...only an idiot would be on stand by hoping for the best.

BUT...if anyone isn't on my mailing list who wants pics of how a real hurricane looks in the sky when it's moving in....just PM me with your email addy. Those things contain an AWESOME power. These are some of the best hurricane pics I've ever seen. It's like a tornado..but bigger than your whole city.

you sent me those didn't you merika? hurricame katrina pics? that's amaizing! so beautiful but deadly looking too. the colors! i saw in one of those pics, the clouds were orange.

gerry and i were sitting outside about a month ago and saw an orange cloud pass by up above. we've never saw anything like that in our lives. we have no idea what that could've been. i tried to search it on the internet but all i could get are sunsets. this was no sunset. it was an orange cloud going from the left of us headed to the right. it was weird.

I don't know Star... if we see weird stuff in the sky....usually it's military related. They may be trying out a new fuel source or any other number of things which leave discolored skies/clouds behind. Could be the same thing in your area. Various weather type balloons or other stuff they use....can cause odd colors in the sky too.

I think all the years people thought there were seeing UFO's ...they were simply seeing various stealth planes and such being tested. The mililtary has alot of cool gadgets we never hear about. Our new weather tracking systems were orginally designed and being used by the military before being shared with public domain.
