THANKS for sharing the story YL. I moved it over to the new Current Event topic Duke put up last weekend. Therefore, it won't get lost in the Off Topic threads. I'll post a response to it on the other thread.

I didn't know my above post would show up here too.
Anyway.....I'm with you...this is ONE SAD STORY! I know SH had a neighbor who killed his Dad last week as well.
It makes you wonder if these people had some genetic defect or really hated their parents that much. And if they did....WHY? In this case, there are two siblings involved. It's just scary!

This is a very sad story. The story doesn't tell us why these 2 decided to kill their mother and grandparents though. I'm wondering if they hurt the kids at all while the kids were growing up. we really don't know what happened behind those closed doors. Most of the time, it's either money or abuse that drives kids to kill thier parents.
Remember the manderez brothers? they shot their parents for the money. that was another sad story.

Right...you never know. But, that girl's face looked totally devoid of human compassion.

Except in war or to protect your family.....I can't imagine a sane person being able to kill someone else anyway. I can't figure out how you would sleep at night for the rest of your life.

yes i do agree with you! her face looks like pure evil to me.
I don't understand how a person can take another person's life either merika. I don't think i could ever do that, even if the person was hurting my children. I'd have no problems torturing or disabling them but i don't think i could actually kill them. But then again, who knows what you can do when you're spinning on your adrenellin and fear for your life. I guess we can't really say that we couldn't unless we've been in those shoes. those are shoes i never want to walk in. scary!

Yeah, I thought of you when I saw this. I knew you'd reply, SH. It's just twisted.
Can you imagine what that mom was going through when her daughter and her son were killing her?

I don't know, Poor grandmother, how can you hurt anybody that old. I wish people like this would get the death penalty but they won't and it sucks.. If there is really a hell I hope they rot in it.
Seeing the huge age diffrences and the fact that they are 1/2 brother, sister I guess with the same fathers and diffrent mothers I have a strange feeling there is incest involved, but that's just IMO

I can understand having deep seeded issues with family and feelings of hatred, etc., but killing is just plain wrong. Even if I could live with the killing, why butcher them too, thats just twisted.

Put the KEY WORDS in Google each day. I'll try to keep an eye on it for you.
I would think if two kids killed two generations of family....there has to be quite the deep seated story somewhere. That would make no sense since money isn't involved. Perhaps a lot of past abuse is.

I don't know Duke. When it comes to family.....one would surmise there HAS to be a reason. How else could you kill someone you KNOW and you've shared Christmas with and all your memories?

Well my cousin killed his uncle last year for no reason at all. In fact, my entire family is chopped full of lunatics that do stupid things to their loved ones for little or no reason.
