What are they suing for? A life-time of free donuts with the bill going to BK?!?
Probably another temp that worked there to pay for his habits; and something went wrong.

I wonder if this is another "finger in my chili" story where two idiots get together and claim something stupid against a major franchise in hopes of a large out of court, settlement.
It's more likely that those two cops were at BK trying to deal with the munchies because they were smoking the dope they stole from a marajuana bust.
