I've done that many times. hit the X cause it took too long to show up. This is such a good move. Bravo!!

I agree with Star...many times I've come to LS with only about ten minutes to spare before I had to be out the door to go to Work and it would take too long, so I just left as well...

I think we've all gotten in the habit of leaving out of frustration. I just worry how many potential members we may have lost because of it :?

Oh well, if the membership jumps, we'll know the primary reasons why.

There is nothing more frustrating than a slow loading website. I sure bet the post count will go way up because as Luba says....sometime a person logs on for just a few free minutes during their day and if it takes to long for the pages to load....they post about half of what they would like to.

Ok apparently there has been a hard drive failure and some other issue but they are working on it, should be back to normal within the next couple of hours.

yeah a failed hard drive would explain it, beccause the system has to rebuild the lost data,lol, now that im a server tech, server issues are being forced into my head.
