Anyone else experience any problems connecting and if so, what time was it?

I'm trying to establish how long the database server was down for.

It appears to be an ongoing problem that has the database timing out instead of displaying the website. I sent an e-mail to Canaca.com support to look into the problem ASAP and am still awaiting a response.

I apologize for any inconvenience.

yeah, last night, 7 to when i left here at 7:40 EST at least maybe longer.

Whoa, I had no idea the problems been going on for that long. I haven't been on much since Saturday morning and the site was running fine then.

I figured that, I just had no idea there was trouble for that long and not a peep from Canaca on the matter. That kinda annoys me a bit.

Yeah...that was the same time for me. It said that the 'connection was being denied'.

Well Canaca obviously wasn't aware there was a problem, either that or their playing stupid because some of these e-mail questions their asking me are among the stupidest I've ever answered. It wouldn't be so bad if they weren't asking me questions that were answered in the post they were replying to :?

It was down for some time though, i know that. I kept trying to get in here and that message kept coming up. I sent it to you in an e-mail.

Happy the site is back up and running again!

Fayebelle said she's been having probs for about a week now getting on the site. I've had times when I've had to try to access it more than once to finally get it to come up.

Make sure and keep a back up of the site....just in case.

it was down around 12-1 maybe earlier and later but def at those times.

I have noticed that lately it's hard to get on this site. it seems to take forever to load up. another thing that's happening is "page not found" pops up a lot no matter where you click to get into. That's happens on a regular basis. It's not coming from me because I have no problems getting to other sites I surf.

Same thing here Star. I thought it was my puter until I found out other people were having probs.

ok then. now we know for sure it's the lifesupporters server problem.
