New Site Added

Just to let you all know, one of our staff members (Star) has her own site called International-Gathering. Her site is currently run by proboards and is really only a webforum with limited functionality.

I've been discussing with Star the possiblility of joining the Lifesupporters.com Network to which she graciously accepted. Her site is still undergoing construction but can be found here: http://www.international-gathering.lifesupporters.net

Please feel free to browse the site but I ask that no one register or post at this time. We're still in the process of manually moving as much of her old database as possible so the forums may look ready, but there not.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please feel free to post them here.

What are proboards?

I'm embarrassed because most of the Computer language you incredibly smart people use is like Greek to me!

proboards are a web company, but their boards are kinda slow.

Duke is the member list being transfered?

Yes, the current memberslist has been transferred. I'm simply trying to see if I can move as much of the info. as possible. I'll be sure to post when everything is up and running.

You won't have to re-register, but you will have to login and change your password plus update your profile as I've only added enough info to be able to manipulate your account.

I believe Star has the end of the month in mind for making the site public so I'll let you know when it's open for business.

Wonderful....but how the heck do I find More time to spend on the Computer?? I guess I'll just have to sleep less...Duke and Star are more important than sleep anyway...I can always catch a few zzzzz's at work when no one is looking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm looking for the end of the month, you're right duke. If it gets done sooner then that's a good thing but with all the manual post moves, i don't see it right now until the end of the month.

Duke's awesome! he's setting it all up for me because i really don't know how to do that just yet. he's so generous!! I can't thank him enough!! Thank you duke!!

No problem at all Star, you definately deserve it. I think your site will definately help fit nice with this site and cover some of the things were unable to do.

Star....let me know if I'm a member of your site already or if I need to join. I know while we had the computer site blitz on here I had probs joining.

You actually joined twice, you were Arabess and Merika. I only transferred the Merika account though because I thought you were making the change for a reason.
