MGC Chat Module Discussion
We should discuss any issues arising with the chat module in this topic only, otherwise I'll never find all the issues we come up with when there scattered among the forums.
Thanks gusy.

I'm using the chatroom in it's own window /forums/mgc_chatbox.php?do=view_chatbox#top to help keep the forums from looking wayyyy too cluttered and scroll heavy. Is there a way to broadcast who's online from this other page?
Also, adding who's in chat to the actual chat window would prolly not be a bad idea.
Lastly, I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this but if you click a smiley when in chat, you browser window returns to the top for whatever reason. This makes it necessary to keep the smiley bar above the chat window otherwise the window repositioning becomes tiresome.
These are small issues so I wouldn't voice them as complaints, just observations by a new user.

Re: MGC Chat Module Discussion
The following are the official responses to my queries from the questions in the above post: - The only suggestion I'd make is that it would be nice to see who's in the chat room if the chat room is configured to be open in it's own page as well.
- Also, adding who's in chat to the actual chat window would prolly not be a bad idea.

I think either he misunderstood this one or I explained it poorly (prolly the latter).

Re: MGC Chat Module Discussion
Bummer! I was enjoying the ability to chat with whoever was online. Oh well, I am sure it will all work out.

Re: MGC Chat Module Discussion
I realize that. I was just enjoying the ability to talk, live to someone on here, that's all. I will survive and if anyone wants to talk to me I have MSN and AIM which are listed on the members list. I was just surprised it was gone. But now you have piqued my curiosity as to what happened. I can't wait to find out.
