...later today until late Sunday evening. I'll be hosting a LAN party at a friends house and thus won't be hooked up to the internet for a period of one day. I'm thinking not much more can go wrong around here, prolly best not to count my chicken at this point though huh?

this was explained last week....its where you connect a bunch of computers through a LAN(local area network) and play games.

Actually, the percentage of girls playing video games is on a constant rise and I suspect will likely continue to grow. What you have to understand is that video games are keeping men at home a lot more, that means less going out to the bar or doing other things to keep his motor skills occupied (if you take my meaning).

I really think that the way to a mans heart is no longer through his stomach, I think it's through his LAN, MP Game, or hardware periphrial.

Ladies, you want to get closer to your men? Pick up a joystick and join in, games are more fun when played head to head.

not my man. he doesn't touch the computer or play games. none whatsoever. If I wanted to get closer to him, I'd have to pick upa drywall scew gun and a tool belt. no thanks!

yes he is but I'd rather have a man like I have rather then one that can't pry himself away from the tv or computer screen with his games. I think that would annoy me to the max.

I've got 3 brothers and only 1 of them is the game playing type. The other 2 are like my husband.

I'm the one in my family that likes the computer. I play games on here too but not LAN.
