I was wondering how you would all feel if we created community news via our discussion forums?

Essentially, any discussion pertaining to social issues that are not of a personal nature could be candidates for news articles published on our news page.

Everyone who has input in said discussion would also be credited within the footer of the news item.

Not only would this benefit our own personal understanding of things but also help people in need find us via the news page, wiki and/or forums.

Thoughts?
