Sport Forum ?

Sport is a big life of alot of people thoughout the world & just sometimes nothing better than to take your family/children to local sporting events. On that note I was wondering if there will ever be a forum section totally dedicated to Sport ? I know it may seem a little too far fetched but htought I would use the initative & ask. This forum would ideally cover the sporting side of family life that we spend with our family/children & als maybe just maybe chat about the goings on in world sport aswell. Dont know if it fits into this forums site but no harm to ask

I am sure you will find plenty of sports fanatics here. Just talk to Luba about football and her betting habit!!!

I am not a sports person for the most part. I watch the super bowl for the commercials and I do Taekwondo for myself. Other than that I don't care for them. When my kids were younger they did baseball, softball and soccer. I enjoyed watching them and do like to take in a pro baseball game on occasion but usually that is with a group and we do more goofing off then watching the game.

I'm open to the idea of a sports forum but if we do add one, I'd like to see it as a sub-sub forum of Entertainment (General) to start. The reason for this is because the forum layout is pretty balanced in it's current state so another top level forum or first level subforum will throw it out of whack.

If a sports forum does indeed flourish here, I'll move it to subforum status while possibly removing another less busy forum such as tech help.

It's probably no surprise to anyone that I voted 'definitely YES'!

Finally someone to talk to about Sports! I have a double or nothing bet for Sunday for one of the playoff football games!

I would be very surprised to learn that DA wouldn't vote a 'definite YES', too! How about it, DA?

Is it illegal to try to sway someone's vote to our side?

lol, luba its just campaigning but yeah we should have a sports forum, with the nfl playoffs right now it would probably be pretty busy.

So I bet you are for the Giants, but do you think San Diego has a chance against New England? I LOVE the game San Diego played on Sunday! I won on that bet, too!

to me it doesnt matter if it s a small forum to start with I'm ok with that. if it happens it'll happen. ok back to work for me ha ! will post a fair bit more tonight after work
