Wow, I was not aware you followed football / soccer Luba.
I am quite happy that the Dutch are out. I really can't stand the orange euphoria, where every bloody item you get is specially painted in orange. I would not even be surprised if coffins were repainted for the bloody occasion. So, since Saturday sanity seems slowly to be returning to the country. And even better: the teams I picked as favorites (Germany and Spain) are still in.

Strange enough, the Canadian women are quite decent. But the problem with women's sport is that there barely is any money in it.

It was a trashing.The bit that surprised me the most is that Spain did not score a second, a third or even a fourth goal.

Really depends on where you live.
Except for the first few minutes of the game, Spain was in control for the whole game.
