When your Kids Are Sick
What do your kids like when they are sick?
Do they have any special foods or drinks they like? Do they camp out infront the TV all day? Noah stayed home from school today because he has the flu. We've been snuggling all day and eating grilled cheese, soup and gingerale... ( mixed with pedialite) and watching movies... ( I hate to say it but It;s actually nice I love to snuggle with him.... I wish every day was snuggle day)  |

Awww SH.....I'm sorry to hear your little one is sick!
My kids camp out in front of the TV regardless of it they are sick or not. Both have been complaining of headache and stomach aches the last week or so. I never know if they are really sick or it there is a test at school. LOL! |

Kids are so cuddly when they're lethargic. Mine lay on the couch and watch TV falling in and out of sleep all day when they're sick. They're quiet and not so demanding either so it's a nice break isn't it? :wink:
Erika got her first needle (at 2 months) yesterday. She didn't even cry! She did get somewhat fussy in the evening so I had to give her some tylenol and cuddled with her a lot. She's OK today. How is your son SH? Having the flu isn't a picnic...poor little guy.

My daughter doens't want anything when she's sick, that's how I know she's sick. I just let her lay on my lap and rub her hair as she dozes. Get her water and medication from time to time and maybe watch some TV together.
