Default Star_64 is now a GRANDmother

From the News Page:

One of our members became a grandmother very recently. They have added a beautiful baby girl named Erica to the family and star couldn't be prouder.

Quoted from star_64, "Life is great! I'm a little tired from all the excitement but i'm very happy. I have my daughter back home with us where she belongs and my new little pumpkin granddaughter. Our family is finally complete." Congratulations star, you'll make an excellent grandmother!

Please join me in extending your warmest wishes to star and family

Here are some pictures of the newborn for you to enjoy:

Great pix star, you must be so proud. You have every right to be!

Please extend our warmest wishes to the entire family and kiss the baby goodnite from all of us will you

Worthy of a news article I'd say.

Thank You everyone! She is wonderful isn't she? She's perfect in every way.

I still can't get used to being called a gramma. It sounds so old! LOL! When she was born, a lot of the nurses thought I was the mom when I went up to the nursery to visit with her. Their faces were priceless when I told them I was the gramma! Being a young gramma does have its advantages. I'll have the energy to keep up with her that's for sure.

Any suggestions on a name other than gramma that won't make me sound so ancient?

I've spent some time thinking about what I would want to be called too. I like 'Nanny' but the kids said it sounded like a goat.

I live in the south where people call themselves MeeMaw, MurMur or my Mom's famous Gawgie...because that's what the first granchild called her.

Maybe, if you can wait a little, give Erika a chance to learn to talk and see what she names you???????????? HAHA! No tellings what you get stuck with.
