things are actually going very well with krystal. she's in school. she goes every day with erika. she walks with her to school every morning and back at noon monday to friday. this week was her first week and she went every day. so far so good. she's also got a job. she gets 8 bucks an hour working at the 4 points hotel as a room attendant (fancy name for chambermaid). she was working full time but had to cut back for school. she works saturday and sunday and has been going to work ehen she has to. that too is so far so good.

tonight she told me that monday, she's going to put her name in at bethlahem place. they'll give her a 2 bdr apartment for 200.00/month. it's a place where teen girls can live with their kids and do programs. parenting, anger management, councelling. she'll live there with her new baby.

if she does very well within the first year and we see that she's taking very good care of her new baby, no problems and she's still being responsible and all, then we'll start thinking about intergrading erika into living with her. I think by the time erika is 3, she'll be with krystal if she continues this good path she's on.

she's also here taking care of erika when she's not working or going to school. she stays until erika goes to bed then goes home. she's living with her older sister and her mom right now in this city.

she's not with loser anymore. she broke up with him a few days ago for good. she got all her stuff out of there and hasn't seen him since. she said she won't stay with anyone who calls her baby the "N" word. he called erika that. he called here and i told (well, yelled it) him to never call here again, lose the number and that he better never ever set foot on our property ever again. i won't tolerate anyone like that in erika's life. he's garbage and we just put the trash out!

so, she's doing pretty good and i'm very proud of her these days. we all are actually. she's got a lot of people rooting for her so hopefully she doesn't get discouraged along the way and keeps up her good work. i'm happy.

i still wish she hadn't of got herself pregnant though but what can you do? she is, i'm going to have another little buddle of joy to love so accepting it works better for me. i hope i have a grandson this time.

He used the N word on a little baby?!? It's bad enough using it, but on a baby??? I loathe people like that. If anyone called my baby cousin that there would be hell to pay.

he did use it and that's what made krystal break it off with him. hubby's really upset about it. he better not come around here if he knows what's good for him. nobody calls my grand-daughter that, nobody. that has got to be the most ignorant word there is out there. he hasn't called since i let him have it and he better not. to boot, this guy's 22 years old!!!! he's a jerk.

thanks everyone. i am keeping my fingers crossed that this is it. hopefully krystal won't give up. she's got the support of all of us here so there isn't any reason why she should get discouraged.

You did mention discouragement...does she get discouraged easily? IMO, on the road she's on, she should be proud of herself dealing with her isssues..

she can if she starts hanging out with the wrong people. found out today that she is doing that. i found out a couple things today that disapoints me. she's lied about a couple things that i will confront her with when and if she shows up here today.

she's not living where she said she was living and she didn't go to work today. not a good sign.

she's hanging with this new friend that isn't a good person at all. in fact, she's quite the trouble maker and can cause big humungus problems in people's lives. hanging out with someone like that, krytal will follow.

i'll fill you guys in when i know more of what's going on. i have to talk to krystal. im worried.

i talked to his mom today. she called me afraid that she wouldn't get to be in this baby's life. i assured her that i wouldn't let that happen. told her that her and the father can be there when krystal gives birth. the father will pay child support and he will see his child. if krystal doesn't take care of this one, then his mom will take the baby in her home. we'll share. she works during the day, i don't. she knows that the baby can't live with me that i already have erika. this time, there's another gramma so that's good.

i will make sure he has the opportunity to be a father. it'll up to him to be one. he is to his other child so i don't see why he wouldn't to this one. i don't like him but i know he'll be part of his baby's life.

It's a shame two tarded out young kids can wreck so much havoc on the families who already spent all their time, energy and love in raising them. I'm so glad you have another Grandma to help you this time though. Maybe with both families working together....this child will be able to grow up and have a normal life.

If only some of these young people would understand that babies aren't puppies. You don't 'give' them away. In any case, I'm glad she decided not to have the abortion. God has given these children life....and He's also provided them with loving Grandparents who will be there for them.

her stupidity only lasted over the weekend this time. that on its own is an improvement. she has apologized to her boyfriend's mother. Krystal doesn't know of our plan if she fails and we want to keep that secret from her for now.

she's not hanging with her boyfriend's x anymore either. she came to her senses there! all we can do is see what will happen. either way, this baby will be well taken care of and loved.

Looking on the bright side....at least she has pretty babies! I saw one in the store the other day with a big ole head....looked like a pumpkin. HAHA!

LMAO merika! everywhere i go with her i get compliments on how beautiful she is. I look around at other babies and think. ummm...erika's cuter. LMAO!! I saw one the other day not only with a big old head but big stuck out ears to match it! good thing it's a girl and her hair will eventually hide the ears. we're bad!! this is NOT nice! LMAO!!

i hope this next bebay looks more like krystal then the father. he's not a bad looking guy but krystal's a very pretty girl. erika's got a lot of krystal in her except for the eyes (those are the dad's eyes) and she's got MY eyebrows! my own kids didn't even get those eyebrows! I'm going to try and pin a pic up of her in here. hope it works. i have a few that i wouldn't mind showing off. you guys haven't seen erika since she was a newborn.
