Default To Much Stress

THe doctor said I am under to much stress my blood pressure is very high. I am going back next week and if it isn't lower I have to go on bed rest.

I THINK most of my stress is work related ( aside from my relationship) I am working 2 jobs and trying to start my own insurance company, take care of Noah, make time for his doctors & speech, make time to take my dad to his appointments and trying to close all of my INS deals... I am streached out to thin.

I came in to tell my employeer that I needed to take the day off, and the secretary I JUST hired isn't here yet Seems like I can never win.

Sorry to pout I am having a badday already.

Well done, stoneheather! You deserve a break

I think you should plan a few days off to celebrate and get that blood pressure back down. Have you seen the neurologist?

The Neuroligist said I'm ok in that department, I was screened for epilepisy ( can't spell) because it runs in my faimly... But I'm OK. No seziures.

I do have to keep my blood pressure down, Greg has to hire his own secretary because when I am home, I'm home that's it no working. So I put my foot down there he understands. Although I can still do his accounting at my other office.

After that sale I should be able to hold off on my company for awhile, since it will have enough revenue in it untill after I have the baby. I will continue to work at the CPA office, since they own stock in my business, plus it's simple for me to make insurance sales there.... NOW I just have to find Good dependable help in the office witch hasn't been good so far, but maby things will change... I am having a conference with the BIG man to tell him I will resign as office manager and stick to bookkeeping and tax prep untill the summer. I really don't have the patience to babysit people anymore.

That sounds like a good plan, stoneheather. You're right, keeping the blood pressure down is very important.

Those symptoms you mentioned (forgetting the route on a trip you take every day) are most likely directly linked to the high blood pressure. It's a biological effect, not a psychological one but reducing stress will help keep blood pressure down, as will taking the meds.
