Well I am 37 weeks now and should be having the baby shortly. Thru my entire pregnancy Noah has been the most supportive person, he kisses my belly every morning, and waits for her to kick he also puts her toys up to my stomach so she can hear the songs they play. He helps me put my shoes on and hold my hand in the rain so I won't fall :lovedoctor: I love him so much he has bonded with Ally more than myself or anyone else I don't know if I can love another kid as much as I love him :?

Noah watches the baby story with me every day and he actually has seeon some pretty gross labor & Delivery tapes, he likes it he has been in and out of hospitals his whole life so nothing grosses him out LOL. Noah is very very worried about me and makes it very clear that he doesn't want me to have a Cecarian and asked if he can hold my hand when I have the baby I never thought about him being there, It never would have crossed my mind but he really wants to be there. He is only 5 and TV isn't the reality of childbirth so I don't know what to do. As of now it's just going to be Greg and I in the Delivery room I am not one for a "show" but I am thinking about having my mother bring Noah in and out as well.

My friends think I am nuts and I should concentrate on having the baby and they think Noah will be a Huge distraction. A part of me wants him there and a part wants him home with Grandma. I guess I'll have to make up my mind soon. He Loves to go to the doctor with me maby I'll ask her opinion

awe stone, you'll be surprised. you will love ally just as much as you do noah. it comes natural. if you had 10 kids, you'd love them all the same. don't worry about that.

as for noah being in the delivery room. they would allow that over there? here, no kids under the age of 12 is allowed (only on visiting hours) and they don't let kids in the delivery room either.

YOu know what you can do instead though, you can video tape the delivery then watch it with him when you get home. that way he wouldn't feel like he missed anything. He is only 5. I don't think i would let my child watch me give birth in real life. It might scare him being it's mommy giving birth. no what i mean?

well, you can go into labor now at anytime. give or take a week or two. I was 2 weeks early with krystal and 2 weeks late with kassandra. I never had my kids on their due dates. LOL

I think he's allowed...but I agree with Star in that perhaps taping it and showing it to him later would be a better idea. It may be too traumatic for him to actually so YOU in that position....regardless of if he's seen it on TV or not. But in the end....it's your personal choice which matters.

I didn't want ANYONE around.... I don't do good childbirth Kodack moments.

I didn't want anyone but the father to my children in there. krystal's father didn't want to go in so my mother did instead (I figure she used to change my diapers so it was okay LOL). Her father waited in the waiting area the whole time (33 hours) so he was there kinda.

I wouldn't want an audience seeing me give birth. It's too much of a personal thing with me I just couldn't do that. I would never be able to have gone on that childbirth show. I'm really private when it comes to things like this.

In the end Stone, you have to do what's comfortable for you and Noah. The time is getting closer now huh? could be happening any day now. I'm so excited for you!!!

I'll probably post while I am in labor, I live a block away from the hospital so I am going to spend most of my labor at home..
