Parenting has posted a great article about what makes a parent. Unlike many other articles I've found on the net, this one doesn't preach to us about how badly we're doing. In fact, it actually acknowledges the fact that many of us parents feel inadequate at times when understanding our child’s needs.

They've also included some nifty tips and facts that we can all use.
