HAHA! After realizing they weren't compatible with the REST of Washington....they had to take courses and get new ones again. I have no idea how much this cost tax payers. I don't dislike Clinton...he's just not the sharpest crayon in the box. |

Through the years I've watched a variety of television specials and read articles on those.... but I don't know if anyone else on here has. I'm sure it has some validity....but I'm not prone to get all excited over conspiracy theories. |
