Rape victims: 0.8% (1999)% [8th of 21]
Rapes: 24,049 (2000) [3rd of 66] (per capita): 0.74 per 1000 people per 1000 people that's not too high I don't think. it was higher in the year 2000. wonder what the statistics are in 2004?
