what kind of animals did you have as pets in your life?

I've had turtles (stinky little creatures), budgies, cockatiels(SP?), numerous dogs (too many to count), numerous cats (too many to count), frogs, tadpoles, fish and crayfish.

my mother loves animals so we grew up with cats and dogs and my parents would get us what we wanted within reason. she even let my baby brother get an iguana! thank god i wasn't living at home then! hated that thing!

We had a turtle, then some rabbits, then dogs. I'm not a big animal lover so I wasn't real attached to any of them. I did like the dog and cat the kids have, well had since the cat died, but if I lived alone I wouldn't fool with a pet at all.
