For some unknown reason...

our cat decided to go out last night until precisely 2:35 a.m. when I opened the door and she rushed in...now...I know cats like to wander whenever the mood strikes them...but since this cat spent a winter two years ago outside fending for herself until we adopted her...doesn't like snow or even rain...and doesn't even go out much in Winter...

So like a Mother worrying over her partying teenager when he will come home, I stayed awake worrying about the cat...I checked the door quite consistently...got very little sleep until she got in...

Of course, I can't get a response to where she was until all hours of the night...but though I'm extremely tired today and my big plans went awry, I'm just happy she's home and sleeping all day...

She was probably out prowling around...looking for a friend. Has she been fixed or could you be expecting a litter???? LOL!

I don't worry about our cat.... she's a tough old bird. The dog would be another thing though. He would end up getting hurt or killed because he's an idiot.

Maybe Luba isn't sure....since she referred to it as both a he and a she. LOL! At least male cats don't bring home babies....just a few battle scars.

Yes, she's also fixed but very temperamental since she was on her own for so long...she runs our house and we have nothing to say about it...

I think it was because you were referring to teenagers and said 'he' out of habit since you raised boys.

Female cats get real b*tchy as they get older. Ours is like that too.
