oh and those killer bees too! those are so scary! I flip when I get a normal bee buzzing around me. Gerry always comes to my rescue.

I'm actually allergic, or was when I was a kid. I nearly died from a bee sting when I was a little kid.

so am I. I found that out when I was pregnant with Kassandra. I baby bee stung me on my calf and my whole leg swelled up 4 times the size. was itchy as all hell and numb at the same time. If I would've got stung anywhere near my neck or throat, I wouldn't of been able to breathe.

That's why I'm so flippy around bees and hornets. It's terrifying!

I lost my voice, couldn't draw breath and lost consciousness. I barely remember any of it.

it's a very scary thing to be allergic to bees. I think they have a shot you can go get now before the bee season starts. I don't live too far from the hospital so I won't get that shot (hate needles) besides, gerry's very good at keeping them away from me. I haven't been stung for a couple of years now. Last time was 2 years ago on my forearm. arm swelled like a baloon. took benadryl and passed out. that stuff's potent! wow!
