Wedding Toasts and Speeches

Scenario

If you had to give a toast or speech at a wedding and you didn't like the bride or the groom, what would you do? Remember, you can't decline, it's not an option. Would you make the speech humorous, try to be as nice as possible, or fib about how you really like the person, salted with some outrageous comments?

I would probably try to be humorous and nice. I would stay away from anything that gave an inkling of feelings one way or the other. That way I am not lying.
