Traits you can't live with
Have you ever been married or in a relationship with someone who had traits you just couldn't overlook, get used to or live with in any way? As a matter of fact, this one or several negative things about them bugged you so much....it overshadowed the good things about them.

Yes, virtually every relationship I've had has broken up over one dumb thing after another. Lets see, my track record:
- broke up with a woman who could not pronounce ing at the end of a word. It was always, somthin or anythin. Drove me nuts
- broke up with a woman who called her parents more than once a day.
- broke up with one because of her choice of undergarments.
- dropped one for dry hands
- lost another because she didn't play dumb, she was dumb.
- broke up with one for scratching the paint on my vehicle.
- broke up with one who had astma (still feel bad about that one).
- broke up with one because her friends were better looking.
I'm not proud of any of the above. I was a typical young, healty, self absorbed little asshat.

I can look back on it and laugh now, but I know that I did hurt some pretty good women on my voyage to self discovery.

I've had fabulous first dates with guys and then avoided them afterwards for no reason known unto me.
Maybe some people are willing to settle because they don't want to be alone, other people meet the right person and some....are destined to be alone unless something odd happens.

I think we all settle to a certain point. I cannot accept that there is one exact perfect person waiting for you, especially since we all evolve many times in our own lives. I think it's more a case of being able to accept others for their flaws. So far, I've been unable to do this.

My dad used to take his false teeth out and let the dog lick the food off of them. How fricken disgusting is that? This is the same dog that would allow his crap in the yard to harden till it got white, then pick it up in his mouth and throw it at the house.
I think the dog had issues.

Don't worry about that. I think it's pretty sick actually, for the dog that is. ;-)
