I was reading a magazine and one article was about how men always ask for woman's telephone numbers and say they will call and never do. I wonder if the roles were reversed and women asked guys for there numbers and called them. What kind of thoughts do you have on this subject?

i've never asked for a guy's phone number. I always waited until they asked for mine and if they called and i seen he was as interested as i am, then i'd ask for his.
I think for the most part, these guys get the girl's phone numbers around closing time. everything looks good at closing time until they remember the next day which is probably why they end up not calling some of the girls.

I work with a lot of people; especially younger people, and have heard of girl's asking guys for their phone numbers...and the girls do follow through...don't know what happens next; TMI!

Hum... I never actually asked for a man's phone number. However, when asked mine, I said that I'd rather take their's and that it's me the one that calls. I swear to God I never did, hahaha.
It's about the hunting game. I think women don't ask for men's phone number because they don't have to, as they largely have the choice. |

i think it would be the same way. I hate calling, well i hate the wait before calling, and then i practice what im gonna say, and then i still usually, end up fumbling the first few words, cell phones make it easier then i dont wory about parents or anynbody else picking up at least.

I am much more prone to ask a guy to give me his phone number instead of giving out mine. That way I can either call him if I'm interested or lose it in the trash while not having to avoid my own phone.

I have never been asked for my number
but I did have a guy at work give me his without me asking. He wanted me to have a way to get hold of him since he isn't in his office much. We are friends and I thought it was sweet of him.
