Default My friends wedding

So i just got back from my friend from high schools wedding in north carolina, thats where i have been the past few days, I was th ebest man, but pretty much didnt do much beyond help run errands cause they told me not to give a toast. It was strange seeing him get married.

why couldn't you give a toast? that seems rather odd, you know, it being a wedding and all.

Yes it is. Did someone else give a toast?

That is bizarre. Unless you have some dirt on him , and he was afraid that his new wife may find out about the stuff.

If it was one of my friends, I would have stood up, looked straight at him and said, "SUCKER!"

In fact I think that I've done that before...... Memories seem a bit hazy now. lol

I thought the Best Man was suppose to give the Groom a killer Bachelor Party...

Hook up with the cutest Bride's Maid...

And... give a toast.

They were probably running short on time and desperately needed your help behind the scenes, DA. There's almost always something critical going on that most don't know about during such an emotional event.

You could always write or type your speech up on nice paper and send it to them, so they can scrapbook it into their wedding things. Your friend might appreciate that you took the time to do so.

Most importantly, did you have fun?
