I talked to the girl i like in great detail

Im making a new topic due to the rollback of the server. Anyway, me and the girl that i liked(its past tense now) had a huge discussion about everything. It was kinda weird because we sat next to each other and talked through instant messenger.

She doesnt like me and she isnt sure why she doesnt, she said that she likes my personality and thinks im cute, just doesnt want more. She was sorry that she hurt my feelings, but she doesnt know how to be a sensitive person. She is just gonna do what she wants, and i have to either deal with it or leave.

I'm glad that you and she talked to clear the air about these feelings. now maybe you can be friends without any interference.

I had a couple of guy friends who felt romantic feelings for me that I didn't for them when i was in my early 20's. We still hung out together and I still dated other guys. they had no choice but to deal with it and move on and they did. I just liked them as friends, I couldn't like them anymore then that. it just wasn't there. This is probably the same with the girl you like. just be her friend. she probably loves to hang out with you as a friend. I know i did with those couple of guy frineds that i had. I was sorry that we drifted apart and i did miss them as friends of mine but they both met very nice girls and got married and had families as I did so we couldn't be friends and hang out anymore. that's what happens.

gee. haven't thought about them in years. makes me wonder how they're doing.

Yeah she loves to hang out with me, im her only friend that watches as much tv and we talk about it all the time, we have a good friendship and im trying to not mess it up, even though i kinda want to stop being her friend until the pain goes away.
