Alright, so I see this old couple walking down Kanawha BLVD walking hands and sort of cuddling into eachother. And I just thought to myself...how does that happen?

How do you make "forever" translate into now?

i think it just happens they just live their life day by day and it adds up

im no expert, i havnt even been in love so i could be wrong.

Correct, except for the word "just," I agree.

After having lived more than a few decades, I've a much greater appreciation for living life one day at a time, and can only imagine that the value of this will increase over the next few decades. Who knows what trials and tribulations, successes and joy they have felt together?

Samson is right....it doesn't JUST happen....it's when love comes with committment and great sacrifice. He probably never told her she was fat and she probably never hinted that he was worthless. They probably bonded thru the hard times and laughed together thru the happy times. They were faithful and steadfast. They made it work....because nothing was more important.
