Default Your first Lifers post

I'll have to find mine by searching because I have too many posts. For most everyone else though....you can go to your profile and click on all posts made by you. From there...you can find your first one.

Here is Luba's:

hi from Luba,
Just came in from work and read the wonderful welcoming messages and so happy to be here! I'm looking forward to getting to know you and sharing what I know and learning what I don't. ...

That's very funny especially about the "Learning what I don't" So many months have passed and I still don't know nothin' yeh, yeh, double negative and another thing "sharing what I know" which isn't a heckova lot as you've all witnessed! LMAO

Thanks, Merika...that's very kind! It's wonderful belonging to this great group of fun people...I get a laughs every single time I'm here...except, of course, when I have to do something technical with everyone's help (which is another thing I'm very grateful for!) then my anxiety soars!!

I am going to report that I've actually looked through some stuff that my Computer does...and it's astronomical...do I really want to know that I could probably conquer the world if I became computer literate...

I know, Duke, you are saying right now "No fear of that

ever happening"

My first post:
"I would not think so, Duke. I studied psychology for 3 years on University over here, so I guess, I should be able to identify the quack over here ..."

Guess what avatar D00k had?

My first post:

Forum: Off Topic Posted: Wed Nov 17, 2004 8:20 am Subject: Just Can't Do It
I can fix computers, work on cars, put together jig-saw puzzles, put my son's robots together, just about anything...but I cannot program a vcr to save my life...must be some kind of mental block.

I still can't program a vcr...some things never change.

Congratas on your recovery, I am also a recovering addict. It's been about 5 years for me as well, That was a horrible journey in my life ( as I am sure yours was to) but I really learned alot from it so now as adults we can help educate others. Keep up the good work
