Have you ever had a disagreement with someone at work and then they started becoming a butt kisser to put it politely. A co-worker and I had a slight disagreement last week we never stopped talking to each other or anything we just had different views about the same thing. But this week she has been under my feet trying to do everything for me and its driving me nuts. She won't stop no matter what I say... helpppppppppp

Sounds like she either has low self-esteem or has to be liked no matter what...which means exactly the same thing...I would just gently remind her while I appreciate her help I like to work independently and do things my own way....

if that doesn't help you just may have to beat her up...I'm kidding, of course.
