This is incredible. I had no idea you could make all these things with roses. (Such as Rose Ice Cream....how cool would that be for a wedding shower or girl's birthday party???)

I ate a rosepetal once a child (don't ask) and though they may not be offensive I can't imagine that I would want to put them in a cake...but hey...who knows!

I was reading around where ladies who have tried these types of recipes said different colors of petals actually have their own flavor. I don't think I'd goof with it a lot....but for someone like my mom who grows roses....it would be fun to try.
