Water Advisory Warning for all of Vancouver area

Do not use tap water except for baths. Do not brush teeth, wash vegetables, or drink it until further notice.

I just read the advisory and it said brushing teeth was fine, just don't drink the water. It also said that washing vegetables is fine as well, at least on the notices I read posted in the hallway from the GVRD.

Heavy rain for weeks now, lots of flooding so I'm guessing the water supply is slightly contaminated.

I heard my message from Global TV News...amazing how different these advisories are... :?
