Default US mothers deserve $134,121 in salary

"To reach the projected pay figures, the survey calculated the earning power of the 10 jobs respondents said most closely comprise a mother's role -- housekeeper, day-care teacher, cook, computer operator, laundry machine operator, janitor, facilities manager, van driver, chief executive and psychologist."

US mothers deserve $134,121 in salary!

Does everyone agree with that figure?

I do agree with the figure for most Mothers!

But for me, I've had to be honest and cross some of those out, so tops I'm worth about 40 bucks!

I think us stay at home moms are worth far more the that to be honest. What about compensating us for putting our lives on hold to stay at home and raise our kids? that's got to be worth something.

Plus the damage to the economy stay at home moms incur, due to them not adding to the GDP. :?

that would be adding to the cost of stay at home grammas too. that's me too.

Tons of moms put their lives on hold to raise their kids or grandkids. If hubby wasn't at home right now waiting for news either on his surgery or work in alberta, i wouldn't of been able to go back to school without putting erika into daycare. that's one thing i don't want to do is place her in a daycare. that's my one barrier right now.

I'm doing fine. Not sleeping as much because they are always loud, but sleeps highly overrated anyways. I think that's why I'm always drinking energy drinks and eating energy pills lol.

I've got to get in the shower and then take Evan to Best Buy so he can get an iPod, then we have to goto some skate shop and then I think the movies or something. I was supposed to be doing something with Tracey today, but that will just have to wait I guess. No biggie.
