I would LOVE to see how far and wide this goes
I ask all of you who post on Lifesupporters to post on this topic no matter what comes to your mind, if it makes sense or doesn't, or the first thing that comes into your mind, even if it's just "Hello". I'm curious to see how many total posts are gathered up in here...just want it to be FUN!!!
Incidentally, this is the first thing that came to my mind this morning when I came to post...

Just came back from a long walk visiting with my friend and am getting some green tea ready and a salad for lunch...so far the only thing I'm getting from all this exercise and eating better is a good frame of mind...but most of the pounds are still there...oh, well...I'm going to keep right on trying...it's a battle between me and the excess fat, surely the fat will give up and some of it will fall off...how's THAT for being positive?

Hey, is it perhaps the case, that when aging a bit more, the weight will decrease? I noticed something like that with my grandmother, and will notice something like that with my mom.
Sigh, my gf is having dinner with a friend and I am not there .

I can't wait for the weight to get down on it's own, I've launched a full-fledged attack! :x

The whole of Christmas and New Year. The hard part will be finding something to do for the whole three weeks in Memphis, TN.
Have you been succesful sparring with your shadow, Luba?

Thanks for the ideas, Luba.
Groundhog day. Can remember all those jokes on the Groundhog and G.W. Bush last year.
I don't know about zoos, though. Ever since I read that the Zoo of Johannesburg was the only zoo in Africa with Polar bears, I feel uncomfortable thinking about going to a zoo. Just imagine, if you are one of those 2 polar bears, you are stuck with the other. The nearest polar bear must be at least 3,000 miles from there.
As long as you take up space, and there is a bit of light (which is, per definition), there is a shade. If you can't see your shade, you are either a vampire, or don't take up any space, (or you are literally blind, which would be sad ) . Pick .

Where can I find those jokes about Groundhog Day you mentioned, Vautrin?
There's a funny story about us taking the boys to a "Game Farm" when they were much younger, but first I have to ask Duke's permission if I can tell it...
