The Thing About Kissing
From Fayebelle
You burn 26 calories in a one minute kiss.
***
Our brains have special neurons that help us find each
others lips in the dark.
***
50% of all people kiss have their first kiss before they
are 14.
***
Kissing each day may keep the dentist away. Kissing encourages
saliva to wash away food from the teeth and lowers the level
of decay causing acid, preventing plaque build-up.
***
~XOXOXO~
In writing-particularly in greeting cards and in love letters-
we us XXXXs to represent kisses. The origins of this go back to
the days when people who couldn't write signed their name with
an X. To emphasize their sincerity, they would then kiss their
mark. This practice of kissing the X led to the X's represent-
ing a kiss.

you are so right! Hubby and I used to make out constantly until a year or two into our relationship when it died down. I think that's because you get comfortable with eachother and the relationship grows into more then just making out.

No DA....you are simply in the other 50%. It doesn't make you odd at all.

I was 14 and apparently quite good at it .
I instantely notice when the kissing stops - I'm quite found of it. Needless to say it's been months since I've praticed this very pleasing courtship element.

No you shouldn't, why do you do that to yourself? Every time you do it you're knocking your self esteem down a notch or two. Spread it out over the course of a lifetime and you may wind up living as a hermit in the woods somwhere with a matress made up of girlie magazines and a lot of scared sheep to tend to.
You fall of the bike da then you get back on. You don't get a job unless you apply. There's plenty of fish in the sea. How many of these cheesy phrases do I have to throw at you before you get the point?

yeah i know its bad for me, i just dont care. I know there are plenty of girls out there, i just dont feel like they like me, im still not over the girl that i liked last week, and she isnt helping that fact, today she talked about guys she likes at home and how she hooks up with them when she sees them, i got jealous of them, then there was this thread, then i felt lonely. ok i feel a little better now, i was just stressed over school, and girls and i reached the point where i couldnt deal with it and just kinda broke down mentally.
Anyway, back to the topic, was there pressure on you to kiss? i know i feel a lot of pressure to not feel different.
