Test Site Status (the future of this site)

UPDATE:

A new and hopefully, permanent website is now online for you to test should you have the time. The site url is http://www.e-ztheme.com

I will also be installing forum mods at this new site for you all to get an idea what's in store for all existing Lifesupporters.com, phpnuke CMS websites.

Please do not visit the site linked to previously as it will be taken offline, the url of which is http://www.testing.gamemoviemaking.com. Thanks to those that had time to run it through its paces!

Right now I have two test sites running on phpnuke 7.6 with Nuke Sentinal, bbtonuke 2.0.19 forums and chatserv patches 3.1.

Of the two test sites running, one is now sending confirmation e-mails as it should, although slowly. The only issue remaining with this site is that it refuses to send confirmation codes linking to the correct url's :?

I'm hoping to have all issues worked out between today and tomorrow and will once again ask you all to help me test these sites and bug squash them.

I know it's a bit of a pain but it will help insure our future as these newer sites are more robust, secure and supported.

I hope to provide links sometime soon.

That is why I'm upgrading, any attempt to access the admin control panel from an unprotected IP is an instant ban.

I had installed the site a few weeks ago (or so) and forgot to protect my IP, tried logging (accidentally) by copying/pasting a url from another browser and voila, banned!

That's what happens when your using two browsers and roughly 10 windows with 5 different sites up and testing e-mail confirmation.

I was in the database and saw your IP all over the place, it actually made me lmao

Glad I can help a bit. You are spending so much time to make things work, that the least I can do, is help a bit with checking on things.

There's a new site now to test and it's a permanent one. I'll be deleting the other site pretty much right away to avoid confusion.

I'll also be adding forum mods for us to test and comment on as well as whatever other goodies I can dig up. Hopefully all this work gives us a nice, stable and secure home that we can depend on for years to come.

I believe this site is configured better than the last and should hopefully help me to not ban myself again. You will also notice an extra level of security when logging in. I know it's a bit of a pain but it really is for the best.
