Not a hummer.
Actually, anything that could be described as being an SUV I don't like and I don't consider them to be sweet vehicles.

I am getting my pictures developed tonight I'll post my car it's the hottest thing on the road... ( in my eyes anyways)
Merika Have you ever drove a Hummer? Go test drive one just because and see if you like it they are monsters it feels like you take up 2 lanes LOL Personaly I love big trucks I like the jacked up dodge rams with the big tires and the redneck labels on the back... OHHH they drive me crazy it's the sexiest thing on the road to me anyways especially when a hottie with a cowboy hat is in one.

Glad to see you back Stoneheather! I hope you are feeling okay.
No....I've never driven in or rode in a HUMMER. It's only a dream Baby! I'd have to have a lot of extra cash with nothing better to do with it than to spend it on something that expensive. I still think they are wonderful though.
I can't wait to see a pic of your car. Duke put us up a photo album now....so you can email the pic to Duke and he can post it for you.

I've driven a hummer - in the military. At least those were fun - I don't know bout the civilian models. Only thing better than driving a hummer was driving a hemmt
Taking one of those down the autobahn at 80 plus mph (you have to know someone in the motorpool to unlock the governer  ) is a real treat.
I just like that smiley

Oh, you could always rent one out here, Merika. I've got my eye on a ferrari to rent after income tax. I'm sure I'd need to take out a loan just for the insurance.

If I remember right the military hummer is a crappier engine and it is not turbocharged. The civilian one is more powerful and has a decent interior.
I'm not sure if they are putting the nicer engines in the military hummers now though.

I can attest the the interior of the civilian hummers are nicer, but the engine is a moot point. Why would you turbocharge a vehicle that's main function is VERY rough terrain? And they perform that job very well.

I'm not a diesel expert, but I'm pretty sure that turbodiesels run a lot better than normal ones. That and I believe that it actually is a different and better engine the the civilian one.
And how many people do you see offroading their hummers? I mostly see them tailgating me on I-94. It seems that the people that really do go offroading have way less expensive vehicles.

I wasn't commenting on the civilian hummers, only the military. And you're correct, most the hummers you see are drove by bored yuppies tailgaiting people or corrupt farmers who purchase the vehicle and then use it as a tax write off stating it's for agricultural purposes. :?

I hate when 'wanna-be soldiers' rich Beach Yuppies are driving around here in a HUMMER. It seems disrespectful to the vehicle!
Evil, I know the 'wanna be soldiers' statement coming from a Navy town has opened the door for swabbie jokes....control yourself!!!! LMAO!
Random...that is a very nice car you have your eyes on. Oh...is your Mom still sending you to do all the errands?
