Sugar or salt?
Okay, when you need that certain something to eat because you've been so good watching what you're eating....and you know no one is watching....do you go for those doughnuts, cookies, etc. or do you reach for that hidden bag of chips or nachos?
I can pass up sweets, but those potato chips are a whole other story  |

Sweet stuff, definately. There are some incredible yogurts and creams around here... yummy!!!! I hardly ever eat chocolate anymore, that's weird.
