So what are your plans for this weekend?
I'm going to do as little as possible and just get relaxed after my difficult week at work....I will watch some Playoff Hockey and do some reading and clear my mind for the upcoming week....

While walking the dog this morning I hit some ice on the sidewalk and went down. Neighbor had turned his sprinkler system on, and it looked like water! Anyway, didn't break anything. In fact I landed pretty soft, but something's strained on the outside of my thigh above the knee.
Another neighbor heard me painfully moaning as I lay on my back trying to figure out what had happened and how to get up. He wondered if I'd had a heart attack. Thanked him for his concern and unsteadily hobbled home to ice it down.
Feels like an ache in my thigh. and I have a lump. Still limping around with my icepack. Looks like this will be my plan this weekend!

Hope you feel better soon Scott. I know what it feels like to have sore legs, ankles, knees, etc. Taekwondo. Take care of yourself.
I spent today doing Taekwondo demos and tomorrow will be paying bills, doing laundry, and getting groceries. I am also taking my girlfriend out for her birthday.

Go see a doc, Scott.
I went out on Friday - had the greatest time ever. I danced a lot, and generally had a really great time. On Saturday I woke up real soon - 10 am, given that I went to bed around 7. I had an appointment to the oftalmologist, went well. The weather was very nice, warm and sunny, so I decided to walk from the doc's office home. It took me 2 hours. I caught a 2 hour nap and went at my salsa classes - 3 hours 8O .
Of course, my sister and I ended up going at this club on Saturday night... needless to say I spent my Sunday in bed. I just got off my bed half an hour ago. My conscience is telling me this is not a sound way of spending my life, lol!!

Ouch! I didn't realise it was still cold there. It's been glorious weather here. My geography is rubbish - where is Denver? The only thing I seem to know about it comes from a film about being dead there.

Me too. I went to bed about 4am and woke at 12. the kids are with their dad. I've spent the day here and sorting things out for the new school term that starts tomorrow. I was supposed to be doing uni work.
It sounds like you danced all weekend, twinkles
