I've been known to be able to injure myself doing anything...
thankfully, even though it seems odd, i had ingrown toenails when i was born so I have an really high tolerance to pain.
i've only had 3 major accidents (compared to my others).
in 2000 I was sprinting down my street on my bike and my pant leg got caught in the sprocket and from me pedalling so fast the force made me flip over the handlebars. I literally had a scrape from my knee, up my arm (if i had it on my side) and all the way up to my hair line. I got a cuncussion for about 3 weeks from that and a bad headache.
in the early winter of 2001 I was snowboarding(when i first started and used one of those cheap plastic boards) at this sledding hill here and went off a jump. i lost my balance and landed on my wrist which sprained it for about 6 weeks.
my worst injury, by far, was in the later part of winter in 2001 when i was using my first real snowboard for the first time ever. I was going to go over this jump that was after a turn and since i wasn't used to the faster speed cus of a waxed board i was going too fast around the corner and was still turning when i went off it. i flipped over onto my head and landed so my head and shoulder hit at the same time. it through out my back, made alot of my vertebrae(sp.?) out of alignment in my lower backand bent the spine at my neck so it was blocking the artery to my brain causing REALLY bad migranes and i have memory loss from then.
I lived like that for about 2 months until i started going to a chiropractor which i went to for about 3 years until i went to a physical therapist this spring few a couple months. thankfully my back is ALOT better now, but it still hurts some.
those are the main ones, i'e had soooo many scrapes, cuts and gouges, i couldn't count em all, lol

- Tore all the ligaments in my right foot jumping out of an APC at 3 AM after laying a dummy minefield in Waynright (sp) Alberta. 44th Field Squadron Engineers, w00t.
- Endo'd over my handlebars jumping my mountainbike at full speed over a road, landed on gravel and had to scrub rocks out from under the entire left side of my body.
- Jumping wheelchair acces ramps on a sidewalk, drunk and at 2AM, hit the curb dead on, bike went up, I went over on my arm, busted my arm, bike came down seat first right between my legs narrowly missing my family jewels.
- Put the bone through my right middle finger through the fingernail (that hurt).
- Took a ski jump that I always take, didn't know it had become a sink hole, ended up 10 - 12 feet in the air vertically, landed full force on my right arm, compound fracture. I have a thin metal plate in my forearm and a foot long scar.
- Many bumps, bruises, scrapes, injuries mountain biking. My nickname was Endo Ken.

I have definately had more than one injury...but I think the worst one for me was when I had Just turned 7 years old...and I had went to my friends house afer my birthday party...and towards the time when I was about to leave my friend and I noticed that one of her dogs was entangled in a rope and she asked me to hold up his front legs so she could untangle him....BAD IDEA
so I did and he growled and snapped at me and I dropped him...BUT she hadnt got him untangled yet so she asked me to pick him up one more time...and that time the jumped out of the rope and and grabbed me by the arm and started to drag me down the road....I was screaming for my friend to go and get my mom and when she did they both came running out and my mom threw a huge rock at the dog to get it off of me....
they quickly brought me inside and put me on the toilet so they could try and clean me up...but it was bad...my fat and muscle was coming out of the holes in my arm.....
and to make matters worse...the wounds got infected so they had to cut out the stitches earily....which REALLY HURTS if that has never happened to you....and the funny thing is to this day...I dont remember it hurting when the dog bit me I was just scared
on a lighter note.I now have a good amount of settlment money waiting for me when I turn 18.....

Good news, bad circumstances.
On a side note, I never made a dime for all of my stupidity. In fact I may even be out of pocket.

HAHA Duke! You gotta make those injuries WORK for ya!
I've never broken a bone or dislocated anything. The only serious injury I've really had was last year when I got toxic poisoning at work which was sucking out my oxygen. I complained....no one cared. Finally, I almost died with only 46% of the oxygen needed left in my body. It was the most scared I've ever been.
The sad part is it could have been prevented. I'll never be in great health again.
The good part is....I will end up being able to buy a house anywhere I want to and never work again!

Two car accidents; my husband and I and another car on my husband's birthday; another one when I was younger, went for a ride with my older brother and his friend who hit another car and we had to go to Court...I was a teenager and had to be a witness for my brother's friend, when the accident was his fault...
