i didn't have any last year.

this year, my resolution is to lose all the weight i've gained since i stopped working 1-1/2 years ago. that'll be enough resolution for me to concor.

This year I am going to make it a point to get fun friends, starting by getting a hold of my buddy from Banff.

I didn't make any last year.

This year I'm going to start drinking more water again and not eat as much candy. Besides, strawberry flavored craisens are much better for you then skittles, and taste better too!

I'm going to try to stop drinking pop. Or at least cut it down to a couple times a week.

What I do is drink atleast 64 oz. of water and allow myself one glass of juice or milk.
When at restaraunts I limit myself to one or two glasses of pop.

It's amazing how better my body feels when I'm not crashing from sugar constantly.

ok, i need external pressure. So far it doesnt look like im starting off well, new years will be spent on my sofa, not out. At least im training for the half marathon i told meanon i would run in.

i still feel like im not training hard enough,lol, i tend to try and overdo it with sports, im at 4 days a week.
