I'll prolly put it into overtime when possible and the rest of the time will be put toward more creative endeavors such as drawing, website building/maintenance, finishing my model USS Constitution (been building off and on for 10 years, seen below), and likely do more golfing.
I'm also very much into video game movie making and have one quick video that I'll hopefully release in the next month with two more detailed and historically accurate movies due out by the end of the year.
The top pics are the only one's I can find that represent how it will look in full sail (the way I'll be building it) but my model isn't that large. I think overall dimensions put it at 4' long by 4' high. The lower pics give you an idea of the rigging nightmare.
I was also given a smaller version of this ship and I have huge plans for it. I wan't to put the smaller version in a fishtank (already figured out how to make realistic, colored water without using water) only this ship is being pulled beneath the waves by a giant squid. I'll light the whole thing with fiber optics.
I'm building these things so I can leave something behind when I pass on along with my drawings. I hope my websites also are something that will pass on, who knows.
Thanks for asking
